The current filesize limits of avatar and signature images are so dial-up. So we're bumping those limits up.
We've also updated the dimension and use of animated image for each group.

Regular members are now allowed to use 128x128 custom avatar. But animated image in avatar and
signature is no longer allowed. To make sure regular members adhere to this new guidelines and prevent
them from getting infractions, we've disabled the use of [IMG] tag in signature. Just utilize the upload feature
to use an image in signature. Avatar and signature each have filesize limit of 100KB.

Contributors are still allowed to use 128x128 custom avatar and animated image. 150x200 default avatars
are also available to them. Avatar and signature filesize limits increased to 200KB and 300KB respectively.
Staff members are allowed to use 150x200 avatars, default and custom. Animated image is also permitted.
300KB filesize limit for avatar image, 500KB for signature images.

We're still in the process of updating the default avatars. More will be available later. Regular members who
currently have animated image in avatar or signature may choose to keep it, but our system won't allow us to
replace it anymore with a different animated image, only static image will be accepted. And as usual, if we find
these images so distracting we could choose to turn them off in General Settings.
