    1. China may demand that the operational control of some infrastructures undertaken by them be in their hands or a Chinese firm for a definite period until the last penny is paid.

    2. China may demand for a concessionary offer to jointly or mutually explore the oil reserves or other reserves of the Philippines.

    Mali kasi mga mindset ng mga karamihang pinoy, LOAN is a LEVERAGE in business.

    at mali yung chismis dyan na hindi nangungutang ang mga chinese, sila sila mismo nag papahiram para iaangat gamit ang pag utang.

    Sadyang walang disiplina at talangka ang mga Pilipino na karamihan.

    wag niyo problemahin yan napakaliit na isla na yan, kung maka react naman kayo prang napakamakabayan niyo naman masyado, di nga? para matapos ang gulo, ibigay na lang sa kanila yan, kung ipaglalaban pa natin yan saan hahantong ang pakikipag laban natin? giyera? diba kinausap na nga ni Duterte si xijinping, pero wala eh ayaw talaga, kung ako lang masusunod ibibigay ko na yan sa mga chino, para matapos na ang gulo….
