Hello po mga kapwa Mobilarians.. Ako po hindi nmn network engineer (based sa profession), pero IT Admin ako dito sa Saudi, hawak ko lahat.. from hardware, servers to network devices tulad ng firewall , router switches, tsak repair..wla pa akong certification though my 7+years exp na rin ako as IT.. ewan ko lng pero dito sa abroad marami na rin ang merong certifications, kya tinitignan din ang years of experience mo... kasi matalino nrin ang mga employers alam nila na marami naring dumps ang mga questionaires ng mga certification ngayon... though plus point nrin tlg ang certification kpag may proven years of experience ka, hindi na makquestion ang qualifications mo... un nga balik tayo... dhil hawak ko lahat di ako mkpagfocus kung ano certification ititake ko... gusto ko din MSCA, pero un nga tama si Sir, in demand ang mga Security professionals ngayon lalo na nagincrease ang cyber threats...so ung mga may CCNA RS na jan, go for CCNA Security na... then pursue ung mga vendor neutral na certifications like CEH, CISSP...un nga lang may mga prereq kasi mga yan kaya kpg nkakuha kayo ng CCNA Security go kayo sa work as Security professionals pra maging eligible kau to take those exams... so tama din si Sir, na dapat start ka muna sa entry level for experience... at tama din po na wag lang magfocus sa isang provider, andami dmi eh, merong juniper, palo alto, sonicwall etc., ang mgnda sa cisco pgaralan ung concept mismo..ksi preparehas na yan sa ibang vendor ngkakaiba lng sa command... at plus points ksi ang distributor kpg platinum, gold, silver partner sila ng company na ngbibigay ng certification exams...kaya mostly ung iba certification din tinitignan KAPAG DISTRIBUTOR po or service provider company na aapplyan mo... un lang...

    Hi sirs,

sa Goverment ako nag wowork ngayon pero gusto ko sana ipush yung dream/plan ko na maging Network Engineer. graduate ako ng Computer Engineering and almost 2 yrs na ko dito sa goverment as IT( which is hardware, software and network). Medyo nangangapa nalang ako sa network, baka po may mga reviewer or pwede kayo ma recommend saken para marefresh yung ideas ko about network ulit. Hirap kasi dito sa goverment sobrang chill ng work kaya napabayaan ko yung dream ko.

    thanks sa tutulong.
